The hotel's location was great and clean, with friendly staff. However, the rooms were like a dungeon, with no natural light and loud noise from outdoor vending machines, though the staff was helpful to move us. The service was generally friendly and attentive, except for disturbances late at night. The location was good but needed more security to prevent disturbances. The dining experience was disappointing with limited options.

The hotel's rooms were dirty and stinky, lacking breakfast and in need of new carpeting. Yet, the service was mostly friendly and helpful, except for the Manager's behavior. The location was good for me, and the warning residents of fires was proactive. However, the dining was subpar with all carbs and sugar, and the facilities needed improvement.
